Refund Policy

“We do not offer a refund or exchange policy for our products. Due to the delicate nature of the product and the possibility of damage if mishandled, we cannot accept returns once a product has been sold. To ensure the product’s condition, we require customers to inspect it via a video call before finalizing the purchase.

In the event that a product is damaged during the transportation process, we will gladly accept the return of the damaged item. A refund will be provided to the customer in such cases. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.”

Cancellation Policy

“Customers may request to cancel their order, and for a cancellation to be eligible for a refund, it must be made immediately before the dispatch of the product. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted, and the regular no-refund policy will apply.
